On Sketchnote, the more's the merrier! We believe in learning and growing as team together, and the platform has been designed for collaboration on every level. Read our quick guide on how you can add your teammates on the platform and work with them.

## What plans are available on Sketchnote right now?

Sketchnote is currently in the beta testing phase and has three plans:

* Free
* Pro
* Advanced

All three plans are free to use at the moment. For enterprise solutions (teams of 50 and above), contact our sales team.

## Can I invite guests to my Sketchnote organization and share files?

Absolutely! You can send guest invites to your freelancers, clients, and anyone else you wish to give read-only access to your organization or workspace. Read more about how you can share files.&#x20;

## How do I change my Sketchnote account details?

It's easy to change your details on Sketchnote. Head on to the settings tab and browse through the sections. Through this tab you can change your display name, profile picture, email ID, organization settings, and more.

## Will my files be saved if I deactivate my Sketchnote account?

After you deactivate your account, your files will be saved on our cloud for 30 days. If you decide to retrieve your documents after you've deactivated your account, you can contact us at <help@sketchnote.co>.

## How do I deactivate my Sketchnote account?

We're sorry to see you go! Since Sketchnote is currently in beta, the delete account feature isn't available for use. However, if you do wish to urgently address this issue, you can contact us at <help@sketchnote.co> and we'll help you out.&#x20;

## Will members/guests be notified if they're removed from a private workspace on Sketchnote?

No. If an admin removes a member or guest from a workspace, they won't be notified. However, you can only remove members from a private workspace. Public workspaces will continue to remain visible to all in the organization.&#x20;

## Can I use Sketchnote without Internet connectivity/in offline mode?

Unfortunately, you will require Internet access to view files and lessons, as well as make changes to them currently.

## How much storage space do I have on Sketchnote? <a href="#how-much-storage-space-do-i-have-on-sketchnote" id="how-much-storage-space-do-i-have-on-sketchnote"></a>

As a free user, you will have the default 100 MB available at your disposal. For pro users, Sketchnote offers unlimited storage space for your files and attachments.

## Can I get a custom domain name for my organization on Sketchnote?

While Sketchnote's still in beta, custom domain name isn't a service offered yet. Check back in a while!

## How many members can I add to my free account?

Unfortunately, our free plan allows for only a one-member organization as of now. To collaborate with team members on the same organization, you will need to get a pro or advanced plan. However, in beta currently, we're giving free access to teams wishing to use Sketchnote for their organization. You can get started right away. For an enterprise solution, contact our sales team.

## How can I migrate my data from Notion/JIRA/Airtable to Sketchnote?

A migration service for your pages on Notion, and Airtable, as well as boards from JIRA is still work in progress. Check back here in a bit!
